ISO management software
Run your ISO system from Sage 200C
The management system belongs where the work already happens. ISOGESONLINE pulls documents, audits, non-conformities and indicators out of shared folders and spreadsheets, and puts them in a circuit that builds on the data your company already keeps in Sage 200C.
Five portals, one platform
Everyone signs in through their own door and sees only what's theirs
An employee clocks in and files expenses. A supplier uploads their paperwork and only gets site access when it's in order. ISO standards and regulatory compliance watch over what every standard and every law requires. The data is the same; what changes is the view and the permissions.
Multi-sector
Multi-sector software: one core, one process per industry
Industry, food, healthcare, technology, public sector, construction, automotive or professional services: the same platform adapts to the process, the standard and the vocabulary of each sector, without losing a shared core of data, users and permissions.
- Industry and manufacturing
- Food and beverage
- Healthcare and pharma
- Technology and IT services
- Public sector
- Construction and engineering
- Automotive
- Professional services
Multi-company and multi-site
Several companies, several sites, one panel
If your group has several legal entities or work sites, ISOGESONLINE manages them from a single instance: each user only sees the companies and sites that apply to them, and you consolidate group-wide indicators whenever you need to.
- Groups and holdings
- Multiple sites or work centers
- Permissions by company, site and user
- Consolidated group indicators
Quality and compliance
Walk into the audit with your homework done
Living documentation, traceable records, non-conformities with an owner and a due date, and indicators that calculate themselves. Software built for the standards industrial and food SMEs actually work with.
ISO standards
The standard kept current all year, not the week before
Documents with versions and approval, audits with their plan and findings, non-conformities with an action, an owner and a deadline. What the audit asks for is already done, because it has been done along the way.
- Current documents, with full history and read receipts
- Internal audits: plan, checklist and findings
- Non-conformities with corrective action, owner and deadline
- Indicators and management review with the data already in
Sage ISV Partner
The management system, inside Sage 200C
ISOGESONLINE builds on the data you already keep in Sage 200C: customers, suppliers, items, orders and delivery notes. The standard stops living in a separate archive and starts reading the same reality as your accounts.
- Sage 200C master data, with no duplication or re-keying
- Non-conformities linked to the order, the batch or the supplier
- Indicators calculated on real operational data
- A Sage ISV Partner, listed on the Sage Marketplace
Regulatory compliance
Legal requirements, tracked one by one
A register of legal requirements by standard, an alert when the law changes, and a periodic evaluation of whether you meet it. Nothing slips through because nobody read it in time.
- Register of legal and other applicable requirements
- Alerts on relevant regulatory changes
- Periodic evaluation of compliance status
- Evidence history per requirement
Sage ISV Partner
On top of Sage 200C, not beside it
ISOGESONLINE doesn't replace Sage 200C: it builds on it. Items, customers, suppliers, orders and delivery notes are read from the ERP itself, with every sync logged, so the standard works on real data rather than on a copy someone has to keep up by hand.
- Sage 200C
- Sage 200
- Sage X3
- Other ERPs via API or an intermediate database

Frequently asked questions
What people ask us before getting started
What exactly is ISOGESONLINE?
Software for running the ISO management system — documents, audits, non-conformities, actions and indicators — built on the data the company already keeps in Sage 200C, rather than in separate folders and spreadsheets.
What size of company is it for?
Mostly for industrial, food and service SMEs that are already certified or are working towards it, and that run Sage 200C. From a single standard at one site to several standards across several sites.
Does it replace our ERP?
No. Sage 200C still governs the transaction — order, invoice, stock, ledger entry — and ISOGESONLINE adds what the ERP does not cover: the management system for the standard. It reads the ERP master data instead of duplicating it.
Do we need Sage 200C to use it?
That is where it fits best and where the integration is native. With another ERP you can work through an API or an intermediate database, but the proposition is built around Sage 200C.
Do we need an IT person to run it?
Not for day-to-day work. The quality manager configures their own forms, approval flows and indicators. IT is involved once, when connecting the ERP.
Can we start with a single standard?
That is the usual route and the one that works best. Many companies start with ISO 9001 or with the food standard they have to certify, and add the rest once the circuit is running.
How long does it take to go live?
A standard on the default structure goes into production in a few weeks. What stretches the calendar is usually not the software but deciding how the organisation wants to work.
Which standards does it cover?
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 13485, 17025, 15189, 20000, 22716, 26000, 37301 and 14064, plus IATF 16949, IFS Food, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP+, SQAS, ENS, SGE 21 and UNE 19602.
Can we run more than one standard without duplicating work?
Yes. The shared Annex SL structure lets you reuse the process map, document control, internal audits, non-conformities and management review, adding only what is specific to each standard.
Is the data ours if we ever leave?
Yes. It can be extracted through the API or by bulk export in open formats, and the contract sets out what happens to it when the service ends.
How is it contracted and what does it cost?
By subscription, based on the standards in use and the number of users. The usual starting point is a demo built on a real case from your company.
ISO management software integrated with Sage 200C
ISOGESONLINE is ISO management software that works integrated with Sage 200C. The management system stops living in shared folders and spreadsheets, and starts building on the data the company already keeps in its ERP: customers, suppliers, items, orders and delivery notes.
It covers software for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, IFS Food, BRCGS and FSSC 22000: document control, internal audits, non-conformities, corrective actions, indicators and risk management.
One system serves several standards at once: the shared Annex SL structure lets you reuse the process map, document control, audits, non-conformities and management review, adding on top only what each standard additionally requires.
It is built by Gestión Externa de Sistemas, S.L., a Sage ISV Partner, listed on the Sage Marketplace under the name Paperless ISO.
