Privacy policy

Last updated 06.09.2026

This Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which Gestión Externa de Sistemas, S.L. uses and protects the information its users provide when using this website. The company is committed to keeping its users' data secure. When we ask you to fill in fields with personal information by which you could be identified, we do so on the understanding that it will be used only in accordance with the terms of this document. This Privacy Policy may change or be updated over time, so we recommend reviewing this page to make sure you agree with any such changes.

Data controller

The personal data collected through this website is processed by the entity set out below, which decides what it is used for and how long it is kept.

You can write to info@gestionexterna.net with any question about your data, including to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. If you believe we have not handled your request as we should have, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

Information we collect

Our website may collect personal information such as your name, contact details including your email address, and demographic information. Where necessary, specific information may also be requested in order to process an order or to arrange delivery or invoicing.

How we use the information collected

Our website uses the information to provide the best possible service, in particular to keep a record of users and of orders where applicable, and to improve our products and services. We may send periodic emails with special offers, new products and other promotional information we consider relevant or beneficial to you; these emails are sent to the address you provide and can be cancelled at any time.

Gestión Externa de Sistemas, S.L. is firmly committed to keeping your information secure. We use state-of-the-art systems and update them constantly to ensure there is no unauthorised access.

Cookies

A cookie is a file sent in order to request permission to be stored on your computer; once you accept the file it is created, and the cookie then serves to hold information about web traffic, as well as making future visits to a returning site easier. Cookies also allow a website to recognise you individually and therefore offer you a personalised service.

Our website uses cookies to identify which pages are visited and how often. This information is used solely for statistical analysis and is then permanently deleted. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. Cookies help provide a better service, but they do not give access to information on your computer or about you unless you choose to provide it directly. You can accept or refuse the use of cookies; most browsers accept them automatically, and you can also change your computer settings to decline them. If you decline them, you may not be able to use some of our services.

Besides cookies, the site stores two technical items in your browser's local storage: your decision on the cookie notice, and the Academy chapters you have marked as read. Neither is sent to our servers nor allows us to identify you, so neither is processed by us: they stay on your device and you can delete them whenever you like. The details are in the cookie policy.

Contact form and anti-fraud measures

When you write to us through the contact form we process the data you provide — name, company, sector, email address, telephone number and the content of your message — for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry and getting back to you. Alongside it we record the IP address the message was sent from and the date of submission, as a security measure that lets us identify and block automated submissions.

The form is protected with reCAPTCHA, a Google service that checks whether the sender is a person. When you submit it, Google receives your IP address and data about your interaction with the page, and this processing is governed by its privacy policy and terms of service. The details are in the cookie policy.

Messages the filters identify as automated are discarded without being sent. Submissions are kept in our systems for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to evidence that we dealt with it.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to other sites that could be of interest to you. Once you click on those links and leave our page, we no longer have control over the site you are taken to and are therefore not responsible for its terms, its privacy practices or the protection of your data on those other sites. Such sites are subject to their own privacy policies, so we recommend reviewing them to confirm that you agree with them.

Control of your personal information

You may restrict the collection or use of the personal information you provide to our website at any time. Whenever you are asked to fill in a form, such as the user registration form, you can tick or untick the option to receive information by email. If you have opted in to our newsletter or promotional messages, you can cancel this at any time.

The company will not sell, transfer or distribute the personal information it collects without your consent, unless required to do so by a court order.

Gestión Externa de Sistemas, S.L. reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time.
